HOW TO PURCHASE THE CHALETS & LAND LOTS

• All chalet and land purchased at Hanaridge are freehold ownership.
• Confirm the desired lot to buy.
• RTA and Apex Property will design and build your luxury chalet, there will be 2 interior styles to choose from.
• Pay 20% deposit upon exchange of sales contract, then pay 30% interim deposit in the coming months after the commencement of construction, then the balance of 50% is paid upon construction completion of the chalet.
• All deposits and interim deposits are guaranteed by a Japanese Government regulated third party, Tokyo Real Estate Guarantee Corporation, known as a Deposit Guarantee Corporation (“DGC”). All costs of the DGC are fully met by the developer.
• You can engage RTA to source and install the loose furniture fit out for your chalet.
