How to purchase the vacant land lots

  • All land purchased at Hanaridge are freehold ownership.
  • Confirm the desired lot to buy
  • Pay 20% deposit upon exchange of sales contract, then pay 30% interim deposit in the coming months after the commencement of civil works construction, then the balance of 50% is paid upon civil construction completion.
  • All deposits are guaranteed by a Japanese Government regulated third party, Tokyo Real Estate Guarantee Corporation, known as a Deposit Guarantee Corporation (“DGC”). All costs of the DGC are fully met by the developer.
  • upon completion of land purchase the buyer has within 5 years to build their chalet.
  • Either choose from the nominated architect RTA and the developer Apex Property to design and build your luxury chalet or engage your own architect/project manager to design and build your luxury chalet.
  • If you choose your own architect/project manager a set of exterior architectural design guidelines will be provided to you. The exterior architecture design concept needs to be approved by the developer Apex Property Limited.
